Maison Noir aims to deliver a curated, premium experience. For that reason, we operate with a limited and controlled exchange policy.

  1. Exchanges (Eligible Items)
    We accept exchanges within 5 days of delivery for eligible items that are:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested replacement is not available, we may offer store credit.

  1. Watches (Final Sale)
    Watches are non-refundable.
    Watches are considered final sale. If you experience a manufacturing issue, please refer to our Warranty & Authenticity terms and contact us for support.

  2. Refunds
    We do not offer cash refunds. Approved cases may be handled through exchange or store credit, depending on the situation and item condition.

  3. Incorrect or Damaged Items
    If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
    We will review and arrange the best resolution.
